How we use information
We use inquiries to respond to project requests, schedule discovery calls, and operate the site. We do not sell personal information. Site chat (when enabled) may send your message to our chat API for a reply; do not submit secrets or regulated data in the widget.
Retention
Inquiry emails and form submissions are retained as long as needed for the sales/support conversation and ordinary business records, then deleted or archived according to our internal practices.
Sharing
We may use processors that help us host email, DNS/CDN, or chat infrastructure. They process data on our instructions. We share information when required by law or to protect our rights and users.
Your choices
Email info@iconsjo.com to request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry data we hold about you, subject to legal retention needs.
